Deposits
Accommodation will not be confirmed until full payment is received by credit card or electronic funds transfer. Your payment will be forwarded to your hotel and credited to your room account. If accommodation full payments are not received before 2 September 2024, your room will be cancelled and released back to the hotel. The ADOHTA-DHAA National Congress 2024 Secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if payment is not received by this date.
Cancellations
NO ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED ON OR AFTER 2 September 2024.
Participants who confirm an accommodation booking who wish to cancel on or after 2 September 2024, are liable for the full cost of their accommodation nights cancelled. To cancel your reservation, please contact The ADOHTA-DHAA National Congress 2024 Secretariat at registration@oralhealthcongress.com.au
Name changes to a reservation can be made at no charge.
Change of booking
Booking changes must be made in writing to The Congress Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel before 2 September 2024. Any changes received after Monday, 2 September 2024, will be at the hotel’s discretion and based on availability.
Early arrival
Check-in times at most hotels is 1400hrs, it is possible that your room may not be ready for early occupancy. Early arrivals may be guaranteed by paying an extra day’s tariff for the night prior to arrival. If you wish to utilise this option please contact the Congress Secretariat on the registration form so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early.
No show policy
In the event of a “No Show” on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.
