All fees are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Early bird fees

In order to receive the early bird registration fee, registrants must register and pay in full by Sunday 14 July 2024. If payment is not received by this date, then registrations will be automatically transferred to the standard registration fee.

Member registration

To be eligible for the member registration rates, registrants must be a financial member of one or both of the following peak professional associations;

  • Australian Dental and Oral Health Therapists’ Association (ADOHTA)
  • Dental Hygienists Association of Australia (DHAA)

Affiliate Associations

Members of affiliate associations will receive a special discounted rate off full non-member registration. This is open to members of the IDAA (Indigenous Dental Association), NZOHA (Te Ohu Pūniho Ora o Aotearoa / New Zealand Oral Health Association), and any signatories on the ASEAN Asia Pacific Oral Health Alliance - (Association for Oral Health Therapists (Singapore), Malaysian Dental Therapists Association (MDTA), Indonesian Oral Health Therapists Association (IOHTA), & Fiji Oral Health Association (FOHA).

Student registration

Student registration is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students who are enrolled in full time study (not eligible to part time students) in the areas of dental hygiene, oral health therapy, dentistry, dental prosthetics, public health or other health related disciplines. Students are asked to provide proof of student status during the registration process.

Student registration additionally includes;

  • Complimentary membership of both ADOHTA and DHAA
  • Complimentary admission to the Student Networking Function

Social functions

Welcome Reception

Take this opportunity to meet and catch up with your peers, in a social environment at the ADOHTA-DHAA National Congress Welcome Reception at the Hilton Sydney.

Date: Thursday 17 October, 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Cost: This ticket is included for full registration delegates. Additional guest tickets can be purchased for $80 per person.

Congress Dinner

Celebrate with your industry peers at the ADOHTA-DHAA National Congress Dinner. It will be a night of delicious food and entertainment to not be missed.

Date: Friday 18 October, 7:00pm – 11:00pm

Cost: Tickets can be purchased for $165 per person

Student Networking Function

The Student Function, hosted at the ArtHouse is an opportunity for students to get to know each other in a casual networking environment and will take place directly after the Congress Welcome Reception.

Date: Thursday 17 October, 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Cost: Inclusive for all student registrations. Additionally tickets can be purchased for non-registered students on an enquiry basis at $75 per person, please contact the Congress Secretariat if you would like to purchase a ticket.

Registration cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration deadline: COB 16 August 2024

Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made by COB 16 August 2024 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by COB 16 August 2024, without incurring any cost penalty. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. We recommend you secure travel insurance upon registration. The Congress Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.

The Congress and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Congress, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the Congress Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the Congress Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Congress does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
